Frosted Bath Tissue Cover

This bath tissue cover looks like a frosted cake. First the base of white is made then the blue is added over it. It is a fun project to make and would look great done with any combination of colors to match your baths decor.

Wrapping Doilies
If you are going to give a doily as a gift and it is the same diameter as a paper towel roll is long, use the paper towel core to put the doily in. Roll the doily up and tuck into the core. Wrap like a long piece of candy. I have done this and it looked really festive. You may want to use a piece of tissue paper to lay the doily on first before rolling it up.
