Filet Star Ornament

This little star is a great project for beginners who are just starting to work in filet in the round. It is purely done in file until the last round. This would look wonderful on anyones tree.

Paper Templates in Quilting
To make it easier to use small paper templates in making quilt blocks, put double stick tape on the back side of the template and stick it onto the fabric and use your ruler and rotary cutter to cut your quilt block piece following the lines of the template.
