Beaded Popcorn Garland

This garland uses a combination of beads and popcorns which takes a little longer to make but the ending result is well worth the effort. I used assorted beads and a variagated Christmas yarn but you could use one type of bead with a solid color yarn for a completely different effect. Either way it would look wonderful on any tree.

Random Quick Tip!
Fix Kid's ClothesIf your kid's clothes have holes, one way to be able to wear them still is to applique cute cutout shape onto the hole and put a liner on the back side of the fabric. You can get the shapes by using cookie cutters as a template. Then just use the satin stitch on your sewing machine to applique the patch on. If the hole is in a place where the machine cannot reach, you can use a fusible web product to fuse the patch onto the fabric then use a hand satin stitch to cover the edges. Or you can use a fabric paint to cover the edges.
