This block is the 22nd quilt block tutorial in a series on how to make quilt blocks using the Kouché Method formerly the Quilt as You Piece Method. This one can be made completely in the Kouché Method formerly the Quilt as You Piece Method and templates are included just in case you need them. I have also included the number of the Accuquilt Die I used for the Flying Geese patches.

Turn Magazines into ArtYou can make some really neat paper mosaic ornaments with your kids by cutting up several different colors of paper into about 1/4" to 1/2" pieces then applique or decoupage them onto little wood pieces that have been painted white or black. (You can use old magazines for various colors!) You can also do this with cardboard shapes as well.
