This is the 20th quilt block tutorial in a series on how to make quilt blocks using the Kouché Method formerly the Quilt as You Piece Method. This one takes the Five Strip Rail Fence block, splits it in 2 and adds a center strip diagonally down the center.

Applying Small Amounts of GluePour a little glue on a piece of paper and use a needle tool to apply your glue to your small projects that don't require a lot of glue. When you are done, the glue is easily cleaned off of your needle tool and the piece of paper can just go into the trash can!
