Loopy Scrunchie

This scrunchie is made with a series of loops that are made with 4 sc chains in each loop. There are two layers of loops. The yellow part is made first then the brown part is made between the sc stitches on the elastic band.
Materials Needed
Small amounts worsted weight acrylic yarn in yellow and brown. Red Heart was used in the Example
Size H8 5/mm aluminum crochet hook
Large Hair elastic. Goody brand was used.
Yarn Needle for weaving in ends.
Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4sc=1"
Finished Size: 4" diam
Skill Level: Beginner
RND 1: Tie yellow yarn onto elastic band. Sc in elastic ring. ( *Ch2. Sc in 2nd ch from hook. Rep from * 3 times more. Sc in elastic ring.) Rep between () 14 times more. Join w/slst to first sc on elastic. Fasten off yellow.
RND 2: Tie brown yarn between any of the sc on ring. Repeat as for first round. Fasten off and weave ends into work.
