Valentine Pillowghan Square
Designed by Julie A Bolduc
This 12in by 12in pillowghan square has hearts on the inside red rows. If look closely, you can see them. The hearts are made with cluster stitches worked over 2dc. It is a fun and fairly fast square to make and would make a great pillowghan square for a friendship exchange.

Random Quick Tip!
Rotary Cutting Paper Bead Strips & FabricIf you use a rotary cutter, quilt ruler and cutting mat to cut your paper into strips for making paper beads, add a 4-5 pound weight to the top of your ruler to help keep it's place while using the rotary cutter. The weight will help keep the ruler in place. I also use mine when I am cutting fabric!
