Easy Plant Hanger

This plant hanger is as easy to use as it is easy to make. When you are done making this, just set it down on your table and place your plant in it. Then pull up the four hangers and slip them onto a hook of your choice. No need to fuss with making sure you don't get it tangled or damaging your plant. Might even be able to find other uses for it!
Materials Needed
Small amounts each of white, orange and light blue worsted weight acrylic yarn.
Size I aluminum crochet hook
Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends
Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4sc=1"
Finished Size: fits up to a 10" diam pot
Skill Level: Beginner
Instructions
RND 1: With white. Ch12. Join w/slst to first ch to form ring. Ch1. Work 15sc in ring. Join w/slst to ch1. You should now have 16 sts around.
RND 2: Ch3. Dc in next sc. Ch5. *Dc in each of the next 2 sc. Ch5. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3. Fasten off white.
RND 3: Join orange in same st as slst. Ch1. Sc in next dc. 4sc in next ch5 sp. *Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 4sc in next ch5 sp. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to ch1.
RND 4: Ch3. Dc in next sc. Ch3. Sk next 2 sc. Dc in each of the next 2 sc. Ch3. Sk next 2 sc. *Dc in each of the next 2 sc. Ch3. Sk next 2 sc. Dc in each of the next 2 sc. Ch3. Sk next 2 sc. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3. Fasten off orange.
RND 5: Join blue in same st as slst. Ch1. Sc in next dc. 2sc in next ch3 sp. Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch3 sp. *Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch3 sp. Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch3 sp. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to ch1.
RND 6: Ch3. Dc in next sc. Ch2. Sk next 2 sc. Dc in each of the next 2 dc. Ch2. Sk next 2 sc. *Dc in each of the next 2 sc. Ch2. Sk next 2 sc. Dc in each of the next 2 dc. Ch2. Sk next 2 sc. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3. Fasten off blue.
RND 7: Join white in same st as slst. Ch1. Sc in next dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. *Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to ch1.

RND 12: Ch3. Dc in next sc. Ch2. Sk next 2 sc. Dc in each of the next 2 dc. Ch2. Sk next 2 sc. *Dc in each of the next 2 sc. Ch2. Sk next 2 sc. Dc in each of the next 2 dc. Ch2. Sk next 2 sc. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3. Fasten off blue.
RND 13: Join white in same st as slst. Ch1. Sc in next dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. *Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to ch1. Do not fasten off.
Hangers: [Ch3. Dc in next sc. Ch3. Dc in loop made by the dc and ch3. *Ch3. Dc in lp made by the dc and ch3. Rep from * until you have 20 lps. Fasten off. ] Rejoin yarn .25 of the way around the top. Sk 3 sets of 2dc's of rnd 12 and work in the 2 sc that are in the next set of dc. Repeat bet [] once. Do this whole thing 2 times more so you will have 4 handles.
