Crosshatch Stitch Table Mat

Crosshatch Stitch Table Mat Designed By Julie A. Bolduc

This square mat would actually be great as an afghan made up of a bunch of these squares with the perimeter round left off. This mat uses the special stitch the Crosshatch Stitch I from the Harmony Guide to Crochet Techniques and Stitches.

Materials Needed:
Any worsted weight yarn. I used a test skein of yarn from Caron.
Size H aluminum crochet hook
Yarn Needle for weaving in ends

Gauge: 7dc=2"
Yarn Thickness 3mm
Finished Size: =12"x12"
Skill Level: Beginner

How to do Reverse Sc.
