This can cover is fairly fast to make. I made it in just a few hours. Summer is coming and cold wet soda cans are here!
Materials Needed
Lustersheen in off white or size 5 crochet cotton
Size 1 steel crochet hook
Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends
Yarn Thickness: 2mm
Gauge: 7dc=1"
Finished Size: 3" high 2.75" diameter
Skill Level: Intermediate
RND 1: Ch5. Join w/slst to first ch to form ring. Ch3. 13dc in ring. Join w/slst to top of ch3.
RND 2: Ch3. Dc in same st as slst. 2dc in each dc around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.
RND 3: Ch3. Dc in same st as slst. Dc in next dc. *2dc in next dc. Dc in next dc. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.
RND 4: Ch3. Dc in next dc. 2dc in next dc. *Dc in each of the next 2 dc. 2dc in next dc. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.
RND 5: Ch3. Working around the post of each dc, on the back side of each stitch, dc around each post around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.
RND 6: Ch3. (Yo, insert hook in next st, yo, pull up a lp, yo, pull through 2 lps on hook, three times.) Yo, pull through all lps on hook. Ch4. Yo, insert hook in same st as last st, pull up a lp, yo, pull through 2 lps on hook. Rep bet () once. Yo, pull through all lps on hook. Ch4. *Yo, insert hook in next st, yo, pull up a lp, yo, pull through 2 lps on hook four times. Yo, pull through all 5 lps on hook. Ch3. Yo, insert hook in same st as last st, pull up a lp, yo pull through 2lps on hook, three times. Yo, pull through all 5 lps on hook. Ch4. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.
RND 7: Slst into the next ch3 sp. Ch3, 2dc in same sp. 4dc in next ch4 sp. *3dc in next ch3 sp. 4dc in next ch4 sp. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.
RND 8: Rep rnd 6.
RND 9: Rep rnd 7.
RND 10: Rep rnd 6.
RND 11: Rep rnd 7.
RND 12: Rep rnd 6.
RND 13: Rep rnd 7.
RND 14: Ch1. Slst in each st around. Join w/slst to ch1. Fasten off and weave all ends into back of work.

Random Quick Tip!
Meat Tray PallettesFoam meat trays can be used a palettes for paint or glue. When done with your project, just throw away or if you have extra paint on it, cover with plastic wrap so that you will not waste any of it. Then when all of the paint is used up, then you can toss it.
