Filet Squared Doily

This doily is primarily made with filet crochet but is done in the round. No need for a stitch chart with this one!
- Materials Needed
- Size 10 Crochet cotton in any color
- Size 7 Steel Crochet Hook
- Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends
Yarn Thickness: 10 thread
Gauge: 8sc = 1"
Finished Size: 10" x 10"

Instructions
RND 1: Ch7. Dc in 4th ch from hook and in each of the next 2 chs. Center Block formed. Do not turn. Now you will work around this center block.
RND 2: Ch8. Dc in dc. 2dc around post of dc on side. Dc, ch5, dc in corner st. Dc in each of the next 2 sts. Dc, ch5, dc in next corner st. 2dc in next ch3 sp. Dc, ch5, dc in corner st. Dc in each of the next 2 dc. Join w/slst to 3rd ch of ch8.
