Mini Pineapple Tree Skirt

This mini tree skirt is meant for a small Christmas tree about 18 inches tall. It is fun and easy to make and is just the right size to cover up the ugly base of those small trees.

Materials Needed
Size 10 crochet cotton in Shaded Christmas
Size 10 crochet cotton in Red
Size 10 crochet cotton in white
Size 7 steel crochet hook
Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends

Yarn Thickness: 10thread
Gauge: 8sc=1"
Finished Size: 9" diameter
Skill Level: Intermediate

Instructions
ROW 1: With Shaded Christmas. Ch22. Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Ch3, turn. (21sc)

ROW 2: Dc in first sc. *Ch2. Sk 1 sc. 2dc in next sc. Rep from * across. You should end with 2dc in last sc. Ch3, turn.

ROW 3: Dc in top of first dc. Ch2. 2dc, ch2, 2dc in each of the next 10 ch2 sps. Ch1. 2dc in top of ch3. Ch3, turn.

ROW 4: Dc in very first dc. Ch2. 2dc, ch2, 2dc in next ch2 sp, ch2, 12 times. 2dc in top of ch3. Fasten off Shaded Christmas.

ROW 5: Join red to top of ch3. Dc in same st. Ch2. Sk next ch2 sp. 2dc, ch2, 2dc in next ch2 sp. *Ch3, sc in next ch2 sp, ch3. 2dc, ch2, 2dc in next ch2 sp. Rep from * 10 times more. Ch2. Sk next ch2 sp. 2dc in top of last dc. Fasten off red.

ROW 6: Join white in top of last dc of ROW 5. Ch1. Sc in same st. Sc in next dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp. Sc in each of the next 2dc. Ch3. (Sc in each of the next 2 dc. 2sc in next ch2 sp.
