CD Drawstring Purse

CD Drawstring Purse

Designed by Julie A. Bolduc
Pattern ID: p125007
Date Added: January 16, 2001

This purse is made ridged on the bottom because of a CD! That way it will stay open and standing. It is fairly easy to make with intermediate crochet experience. Once you get past the actual base part, the rest of it is very easy. This is also just the right size to store a single roll of bath tissue as well!

Random Quick Tip!

Marking Fabrics for Quilting or Sewing
If you need to mark your fabric for quilting or sewing and you don't want the marks to stay after washing, you can use Crayola's children's washable markers! I use them all the time and they always come out in the wash. They were designed for children to use so they are meant to wash completely out of fabrics.
