Corkscrew Scrunchie

Corkscrew Scrunchie

This scrunchie is full of little corksrews made individually. It is very full and would look wonderful with any outfit.

Materials Needed:
Small amount white worsted weight yarn with a strand of silver thread going through it. 1
Large hair elastic
Size H/8 or 5mm aluminum crochet hook
Yarn Needle for weaving in ends

Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4sc=1"
Finished Size: 5"diameter
Skill Level: Beginner

Tie yarn onto elastic and work the following until the elastic is full.
*Ch8, 2dc in 3rd ch from hook and in each of the next 5 chs. Dc in next ch, ch2, sc in same ch as last ch. Ch2. Sc in elastic. Rep from * until elastic is full. Fasten off and weave ends into one of the corkscrews.

Just to let you know, I do not know how many corkscrews are in my scrunchie but it is alot.
