Nylon Plastic canvas yarn in light blue
Size H/8 or 5mm aluminum crochet hook
Yarn needle for weaving in ends
Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4dc = 1"
Finished Size: 4"diam
Skill Level: Beginner
Special Stitch Side ways popcorn (spop): Ch4, 4dc in 4th ch from hook. Take hook out of work, insert hook in top of ch4 then back through dropped loop. Pull loop through top of ch4. Ch1 to close.
RND 1: Ch6. Join w/slst to first ch to form ring. Ch1. 10sc in ring. Join w/slst to first sc.
RND 2: Ch1. Sc in same st as slst. Spop. Sk next sc. *Sc in next sc. Spop. Sk next sc. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first sc.
RND 3: Ch3. 4dc in same st as slst. Ch1. *5dc in next sc. Ch1. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first top of ch3.
RND 4: Slst into each of the next 2 dc. Sc in same st as last slst. (Spop. Sc in next ch1 sp. Spop.) *Sc in 3rd dc of next shell. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first sc.
RND 5: Ch3, 4dc in same st as slst. Ch1. *5dc in next sc. Ch1. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work.
