Stuff skirt with plastic wrap and work it into desired shape.
Lay the wings and halo on a flat surface that has been covered with clean plastic wrap or paper. Arrange if needed to get the desired shape. Spritz the Stiffen Stuff on the Skirt only of the angel, wings and the halo. Either allow to dry for 1 hour or heat on high for 30 seconds in the microwave. You may need to go through the process more than once to achieve the desired amount of stiffness. I spritzed them with two coats and heated them in the microwave two separate times.
