ROW 3-10: Rep row 2. At the end of row 10. Bind off. To bind off, *insert hook in vert bar and yo and draw through 2 lps on hook. Rep from * across. Now slst in each row and stitch around perimeter. Join w/slst to first sls. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work.

Set aside the first one and then work the second one the same way. But do not fasten off with the second one just yet. Work the heart chart on the front of the second square.

See instructions in the school lesson. After you are done stitching the heart on the front.

Place the two pieces together wrong sides facing each other and crochet them together all around the perimeter using a sc. Work 3sc in each corner. Before closing, stuff with scraps of yarn. Then close up and slst to the first sc. Now for the final edging work a reverse sc in each st around. Fasten off and weave ends into work.
