Beaded Shells Scrunchie

This fast and easy scrunchie has a round of double crochet then the 2nd row has the beads added on.

Materials Needed
36 mini pony beads in red and black 18 each.
Worsted weight acrylic yarn in off white.
Size G/6 aluminum crochet hook
Yarn needle
Large hair elastic

Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4dc = 1"
Finished Size: 4"diam
Skill Level: Beginner

Instructions
RND 1: String all beads on alternating red and black. Join yarn onto elastic. Ch3. Work 35 dc in elastic. Join w/slst to top of ch3.

RND 2: Ch1. (Bring up a bead, dc, 3 times in next dc. Sc in next dc.) *Sc in next dc. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to ch1. Fasten off. Weave ends into back of work.
