Tumbledown Trivet This crocheted trivet has a CD inside but you could just as easily keep the CD out of it to make it into a potholder. This trivet is named for a mountain here in Maine.

Spider's Web Hotpad This hot pad could also be a potholder by just leaving out the CD. I would recommend using cotton yarn instead of acrylic though for a potholder. Now also in PDF Format!

Julie's Shoo-Fly Cover This piece is designed to keep flies and bugs out of your drinks when you are out side. It is made to cover a glass or dish up to 6½" in diameter. The weight of the beads should be enough to keep it on the dish or glass. Someone requested a pattern for a shoo-fly cover and this is what I came up with. Now also in PDF Format!

Spiked Hot Pad This CD hot pad is quick to make. If you have old CD's lying around, this would be a great way to use them. You can also use this pattern as a potholder. Just cut 2 pieces of felt 6" in diameter and place them inside instead of using a CD. You could actually make a kitchen set, a hot pad and potholders that all match! Now also in PDF Format!

Beaded Sunburst Glass Cover This glass cover is made by making a special doily first then adding beads to the ch2 spaces on the last round. It can be used as a doily without the beads. Now also in PDF Format!

Popcorn Pot Scrubber This pot scrubber is fast and easy to make and would probably sell well at a school bazaar. Yes I give you permission to make these and sell these at school bazaars. Just put a hang tag on them with the URL of this site on it. Now also in PDF Format!

Cute Towel Topper This towel is topped with a hanger that is made then sewn on to a gathered unfinished edge of a towel which has been cut in half. You could make a whole bunch of the tops first then sew them to the cut edges of hand towels after you are done crocheting the tops. This would make a great bazaar item since they do not take that long to make. Now also in PDF Format!
