Eyelets Dishcloth

This dishcloth is easy to make and can be completed in an evening. It is a great way to use up any scraps you may have.

Materials Needed
Worsted weight cotton yarn in light green
Worsted weight cotton yarn in multi color
Size H/8 aluminum crochet hook
Yarn needle for weaving in ends

Yarn Thickness: 3mm
Gauge: 4sc=1"
Finished Size: 7"x7"
Skill Level: Beginner

Instructions
RND 1: Ch6. Join w/slst to first ch to form ring. Ch3. *Hdc in ring. Ch1. Rep from * 10 time more. Join w/slst to 2nd ch of ch3.

RND 2: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch2. Sc in next ch 1 sp. Ch1. Sc in next ch1 sp. ch2. *Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. Sc in next ch 1 sp, ch2. rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch2.

RND 3: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch3. Hdc in next ch1 sp. Ch1. (Hdc, ch2, hdc in next ch2 corner sp. Ch1.) *Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. Rep from bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to 2nd ch of ch3.

RND 4: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch2. Sc in next ch1 sp. Ch1. (Sc, ch2, sc in next ch2 sp. Sc in next ch1 sp. Ch1.) *Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch2.

RND 5: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch3. Hdc in next ch1 sp. Ch1. (Hdc, ch2, hdc in next ch2 corner sp. Ch1. Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice.) *Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. Rep from bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to 2nd ch of ch3.

RND 6: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch2. Sc in next ch1 sp. Ch1. (Sc, ch2, sc in next ch2 sp. Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, three times.) *Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch2.

RND 7: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch3. Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. (Hdc, ch2, hdc in next ch2 sp. Ch1. Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, three times.) *Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, three times. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to 2nd ch of ch3.

RND 8: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch2. Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. (Sc, ch2, sc in next ch2 sp. Ch1. Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, four times.) *Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, three times. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch2. Fasten off green.

RND 9: Join multi colored yarn in space just to the left of the slip stitch. Ch3. Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. (Hdc, ch2, hdc in next ch2 sp. Ch1. Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, 6 times.) *Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, three times. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to 2nd ch of ch3.

RND 10: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch2. Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. (Sc, ch2, sc in next ch2 sp. Ch1. Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, seven times.) *Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, three times. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch2.

RND 11: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch3. Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, twice. (Hdc, ch2, hdc in next ch2 sp. Ch1. Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, eight times.) *Hdc in next ch1 sp, ch1, three times. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to 2nd ch of ch3.

RND 12: Slst into the next ch1 sp. Ch2. Sc in next ch1 sp. Ch1, twice. (Sc, ch2, sc in next ch2 sp. Ch1. Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, nine times.) *Sc in next ch1 sp, ch1, three times. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch2. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work.
