Crochet Afghans Patterns Thermal Stitch Preemie Afghan The stitch pattern used in this pattern resembles the look of those wonderfully warm thermal blankets you can buy. This stitch could also be used in large afghans and would be very warm. The way the thermal pattern is made makes it really thick. Now also in PDF Format! Progressive Pattern Stitch Afghan This afghan is made starting at one corner and working outward to the desired width then to make it longer I added more rows to just one side of the afhgan. At first It ends up as a large square and lends itself well for making a great afghan for any charity where you make afghans for. Now also in PDF Format! V-st Baby Afghan This afghan is a gift for a friend who is expecting a baby soon. It combines v-sts with sc to form a unique look. It is easy to do but you need to be prepared to weave in a lot of ends and to read a lot of repeats of rows. Now also in PDF Format! Emma's Baby Afghan This afghan was designed for little Emma. My cousin's first baby born on July 4 1998. I knew a little girl was on the way but she decided to arrive about 3 weeks early. She weighs 5lbs 14oz and is in very good health! I have named this pattern in her honor. Now also in PDF Format!
