5000 Point Tracker Daily Hunt
I am going to add a new daily hunt in addition to the daily scavenger hunt.
I will post a clue in the late afternoon, early evening every day and that clue will give you a hint of where I hid the daily 5000 point tracker.
When you find the 5000 Point tracker, you will automatically get 5000 points added to your points account. Your point tracker will have to be activated in order to get the 5000 points. I am using the same program as the point tracker but I am using a 2nd copy with the settings changed in it. It will have a new graphic for you to look for. 5000 points is what you need for a Members Only pattern that is more than 1 year old. So here is another opportunity to get a 2nd "free" pattern every day! The clue will be at the top of every page across the web site and I will be posting the clue every day in an email that is sent separately from the daily newsletter.
Win 1,000,000 points!
Notice there is a number under the point tracker now. That number indicates how many people have hit a page with a tracker on it since July 19, 2009. From now on, when you get to a page with a tracker, and you have not already been given points for visiting that page, you will be given 100 points instead of 10. If you are the 1,000,000th person to hit a page with a tracker, you will actually get 1,000,000 points instead. When 1,000,000 has been reached, the counter will reset itself to 0 and the count will start over again. That way, everyone will have a chance to win the 1,000,000 points.
It send the winner and I an email when it rewards the one million points. Right now, at the rate the number is growning, it could take up to 2 years for the first 1,000,000 to be reached. So I am working on adding the tracker to more pages. I am only adding the tracker to pages that have large ads on them.
Don't forget, if you are a paid member, you can use the points to purchase items from the special store inside the paid members area. I will be adding some handmade jewelry to it soon. I have other stuff I will be adding also.
