Ribbons Bookmark This bookmark was inspired by a bookmark made of satin ribbons I saw in a Bible at church. I thought to myself, I really should make one of those for the book of common prayer we use at church. So I designed this one made of thread.

Spring Petals Scrunchie HTML/PDF This scrunchie is made up of a single round of dc's worked on the post of a trb which gives the scrunchie a floral type of look. This would look great made with variagated yarn. It goes fairly fast and you could make several in an evening.

Thick & Chunky Doily HTML/PDF This doily is made of yarn but can be easily made into an ornament if you use crochet thread instead. My intention with this pattern is to make a small mat of yarn that can be used to set something nice on on a bureau or small table. I have placed a number of fairly heavy glass animals on it which sit on the box of my computer. It looks really cute!

Spoked Coaster HTML/PDF This coaster uses a technique I really like to do alot. And you will find it in other patterns I have designed. I work some of the stitches behind a chain loop. You could make an unlimited number of color combinations and make a whole bunch of these to give as a gift in a gift basket. They are fast to make and you could make several in an evening.

Lacet Square HTML/PDF This doily is perfect all by itself or it can be joined with several more just like it to make a placemat tablecloth or even a coverlet over a solid color bedspread. If you do join these together you would join them in the center of the shells that are on the outside of the doily with a sc.

Shamrock Coaster HTML/PDF This shamrock is a result of a request of a visitor to the site. It is made with two sizes of yarn. Worsted weight and super sport yarn. Imagine a bunch of these scattered all over a St Patrick's Day table on a sparkling white tablecloth!

Body & Dish Scrubber HTML/PDF This scrubber is designed for scrubbing hard spots on the soles of your feet but it could also be used for scrubbing dishes. They are fast and fairly easy to make. If you made several of different colors they would make a great addition to a bathroom or kitchen gift basket.

Chutes & Ladders Dishcloth HTML/PDF If you look very carefully you will see wavy lines which resemble chutes and ladders on the rows. This is acheived using the same stitch that is in the Tissue Holder but instead of changing colors and and starting each color change at the beginning of each row. This pattern is done so the piece is reversible by actually turning the work. This pattern could be enlarged to make a large afghan.

Cool Flames Potholder HTML/PDF This potholder reminds me of the look of a gas stove burner that has been turned on. It is made in two pieces that are crocheted together around the outside. This makes it possible to insert a thick insulating circle of fabric if you want to. But since this potholder is thick by design it is not necessary.
